Conference artist Arctic Frontiers

Arctic Frontiers is a political/scientific conference held once a year in Tromsø. In January 2009, all the speakers at the conference received one of Hilde's watercolours as a gift. 

- It was a lot of fun working with a big project like this and cooperating with Arctic Frontiers. 40 watercolours from Nybyen at Svalbard were given to all the speakers. The ambassadors from China and Russia, the health minister from Greenland and many more were among the recipients, says Hilde. 

The conference was titled " Living in det high north".
